Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an event is cancelled. Tickets will not be refunded due to changes in personal plans, inability to attend, or failure to meet entry requirements.

What is the age requirement?
Our events are typically 18+ unless otherwise stated. Always check the individual event page before purchasing your ticket.

What do I need for entry?
A valid, physical government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Photos or copies of IDs may not be accepted.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Door tickets may be available depending on capacity. If available, accepted payment methods may vary. Buying online in advance is strongly recommended, as events can sell out.

Can I leave and come back?
No. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the event unless specifically stated otherwise.

When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving early. Lines are typically shortest near opening, and entry may become slower during peak hours.

What should I wear?
Dress for the theme or wear whatever makes you comfortable. Each After Party experience is different, so check the individual event page or our Instagram for event-specific themes and recommendations.

What kind of music will be played?
Music varies by experience. After Party events may feature EDM, progressive house, festival anthems, electronic remixes, bass house, dubstep, techno, throwbacks, and other genres depending on the event.

How do I get VIP?
VIP or enhanced-experience tickets are available at select events. Check the individual event ticket page to see which upgrades are available.
